As you know, Meno Mama likes to bend the rules. Even as a child I strayed from the games on the playground and could usually be found eating M&M's behind the shrubs with my chocolate hoarding cohorts. Is it any wonder why I never won the Presidential Physical Fitness Award in P.E.?
I'll play this game of tag, but you may not get the responses you're expecting. If you're nice and play along, I just might share my M&M's with you.
1. Squirrels (Duh! If you don't already know this about me, then you've been living under a rock).
2. Wine. No wait, tequila. Or rum. Vodka.....okay, any libation will do...
3. Nutella (Manna from heaven. I'm almost out---please send some now).
4. Blogging (In between Facebooking).
5. Beer drinking gnomes

1. "Nobody answer the door or the phone."
2. "Shut the eff up."
3. "Flush your re-wipes."

5 PLACES I WOULD LOVE TO TRAVEL TO:
1. Scotland, to trace my crazy, warrior ancestors.
2. Bora Bora, so I can drink my fill of Mai Tais in a lazy hammock until I pass out.
3. A Walmart that actually has people in well-fitting clothes and an I.Q. higher than a llama.
4. Dorothy's Take Me Back To Oz winery in Wichita, Kansas.

Love coming by here - ALWAYS leave laughing XOXOXOXO
Oh man you bet I'm gonna read those posts of yours!!!!
Delete"Nobody answer the door or phone." My FAVE! I may have used this one once or twice. And thanks for the gentleman blogger list...I'll have to check these out! By the way, I know I always tell you this, but here it is again: I love, love, love when you give me awards. So I've got Squirrely Blogger Award on my list of things to write, and one of these days, I will get to it. It might be months from now, but it WILL be gotten to! Also, I'm cooking up something for my guest post...it's taking me a little longer because I'm trying to get all the F bombs out of it. Haha!!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to read it!!!!!
DeleteI probably need to borrow your book on how to beat my FaceBook addiction. Some days I actually get the DT's. Oh and let me know if you ever find that upscale Walmart. I imagine it's called Target though.
ReplyDeleteYou got that right! Walmart is fun just to people watch. I could write entire blog posts based on the things I see there.
DeleteYeah! Make those men play with us! Oh wait... that didn't sound quite right...
ReplyDelete"It's raining men, hallelujah!!!"
DeleteYou are, without a doubt, a Squirrel's best friend.
ReplyDeleteBut "don't answer the door"? What if it's a squirrel?
Okay...I'd make an exception for a squirrel.....
DeleteMarcia, you are soooo funny... I love reading anything you write... 99 times out of 100 you always make me smile girl :)
ReplyDeleteShould I work on that other 1% ??? Lol you know I adore you, Launna!
DeleteHey Yo!!! 1st... THANKS. I have officially been tagged. Its-ville in Slu's World.
ReplyDelete2nd... Have been out of town, just now taking a peek online. Hang in there with me.
Slu (smiling)
Take your time. I look forward to seeing what you come up with.
DeleteEnjoyed reading this:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by Talya and I'm glad you liked it!
DeleteI'm right there with you on the Nutella. I found it in Paris a year and a half ago. I had never tried it until I had it at a crepe stand by the Eiffel Tower. After I got home I was obsessed. I tried it with everything. When I started eating healthier in February I hid it from me, but everytime I see it or hear about it I want it. Oh no, you got me started again!!
ReplyDeleteI'm the same way. I had to wean myself off the stuff.....but out grocery store always has 2 for 1 sales on it...so I have a bunch of it, UNOPENED, in my pantry.....
DeleteLove Eli... He is one of my fave bloggers... And the only Walmart that has people with acceptable attire is the Walmart inside a nudist colony, and I'm pretty sure only the saggy of the saggist would frequent the place....
ReplyDeleteI would be scarred for life if I had to walk into a Walmart and see that....
DeleteNobody answer the door and phone...I say that a lot too! Really can't stand it when the kids answer the phone and then give me the telemarketer. And love Coach Daddy - can't wait to see his responses!
ReplyDeleteEli is GREAT! He seems to have a lot of fans here. The other fellows are all awesome writers as well. Be sure and check out their blogs!
DeleteOh, I'd love to go to Meno Mama's World, so hurry up and sort it out mate. I can just imagine it would be one hell of a crazy place that will keep me laughing for days, so make sure you also have a 'cool-out zone area' too, ha ha ha.
ReplyDeleteLoved 'Nobody answer the door or phone'. We all like that peace and quiet time MM, especially when you're busy indulging your passion of wine tasting and nutella eating whilst blogging, ha ha ha. Who would want to be disturbed during those hours?
Great post mate.
Ohhhh RPD I LIKE the idea of a cool-out zone! We could take naps and then jump right back into the jello shot shenanigans!
DeleteA squirrel obsession? I don't know why that makes me smile so much--I guess because they are overlooked in the rodent/small mammal world. And they are pretty cute. Thanks for the laugh!
ReplyDeleteThey're adorable!!! I have 5 chinchillas since I couldn't own a squirrel!
DeleteHi Marcia, how are you? Not been in blogosphere for ages, anyways if you come and visit Scotland, just give me a bell, ill buy yiu some Mai tai and let you try haggis. :)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds like a blast and I would LOVE to meet you, Cecille!
DeleteYou touched me...you really did. I've never been touched by a woman before, I'm not really sure what to do.
ReplyDeleteI'll go easy on you Michael since it's your first time....
DeleteHey Meno Mom, Norway and Egypt are on my list. I hope Egypt doesn't have a civil war and destroy all the ancient antiquities. We have a different taste in movies. I'm a Sci-Fi nut. If Star Wars(the first one), Alien, Aliens, and Avatar aren't own the list than we can't talk. LOL.
ReplyDeleteYou're too funny! Will it make you feel better if I tell you I LOVE Star Wars? I've seen all the movies and am a big fan, I promise!
DeleteMy husband would be all in with the Disney change. ;) My list of places I want to visit is too extensive to list anywhere and I keep adding to it. I'm a traveler wannabe. :)
ReplyDeleteGood tags you put out. Should be fun. :)
Please check out the male bloggers---seriously funny guys!
DeleteBeer drinking gnomes? Who knew!
ReplyDeleteYou do NOT want to be around them once they are drunk!!!!
DeleteFollowed you from Mom's Monday Mingle.. Renaming Disney would be pretty awesome. Ha!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the follow, Alma! When I take over the park, I'll let you know!
DeleteI lived in Germany and did the Oktober Fest. Good times in Munich. :) Love your list.
ReplyDeleteI went to Munich once and LOVED it but it was in July. I am DYING to go back to see Oktoberfest!
DeleteThanks, Irfan. Glad you liked it!
ReplyDeleteEspresso & Jello shots? *Really*? Look, I'm not coming to Meno Mama's World ("It's a TOTALLY EFFED-UP S**TTY WORLD TODAY AFTER ALL!!!") until you promise TEQUILA and Jello shots!!!
ReplyDeleteOkay, rum & Jello is fine too. :)
For you Nicole, Rum cakes and tequila jello shots. Mmmkay?
